Welcome to Ezlun! These Terms constitute an agreement between you and Ezlun (ezlun.com). Please read carefully before using our services.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Ezlun, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and all applicable laws of Vietnam. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on our website. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
2. Who Can Use Ezlun
Ezlun is intended for users aged 16 and above. - Users aged 13–15 may only use the service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. - We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If discovered, the account and related data will be deleted immediately.
3. User Accounts
Some features require account registration. You are responsible for: - Providing accurate and up-to-date information - Keeping your login credentials secure — do not share your account with others - All activities that occur under your account - Notifying us immediately if you discover unauthorized access We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.
4. Acceptable Use
You may use Ezlun for lawful personal and commercial purposes. You may NOT: - Violate Vietnamese or international laws while using the service - Attack, exploit vulnerabilities, or intentionally disrupt the system - Use bots or automated scripts to access without written consent - Share accounts to circumvent usage limits - Copy, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of Ezlun - Use AI output to create harmful, fraudulent, or copyright-infringing content
5. Service and Credit System
Free tools (18 UI/SEO tools): Unlimited access, no login required. AI tools (pay-per-use): CV Checker, UX Writing, Research Plan, Design System Generator... Require login and sufficient credits. Credit consumption is clearly displayed before each action. Credit system features: - Purchased credits never expire — they accumulate permanently in your account - Free tier: 3 CV Checker credits per day for logged-in accounts - Price adjustments only apply to new purchases, not existing credits Note: Ezlun is operated by an individual, not a corporation. We do not provide enterprise-grade SLA. Target uptime is 99%/month — scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, source code, and the "Ezlun" brand are protected under Vietnam's Intellectual Property Law (Law No. 50/2005/QH11 and amendments). Output you create using Ezlun tools belongs to you. Ezlun does not claim any rights over your generated results. Note: AI output may resemble content created by others due to the nature of model training. You are responsible for verifying originality before commercial use.
7. Limitation of Liability
Ezlun provides services "as is." We do not guarantee absolute accuracy of AI results — output is for reference purposes only, and you are responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ezlun is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved at the competent court in Ho Chi Minh City.
