Information you provide directly: - Email address when registering an account - Display name (optional) - Payment information — processed by PayOS; Ezlun does NOT store card numbers or bank account details Information collected automatically when you use the service: - IP address, device type, browser, operating system - Tool usage history (tools used, frequency, duration) - Session cookies and analytics cookies (anonymized)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information for the following purposes: - Providing, maintaining, and improving the service - Authenticating identity and securing accounts - Processing payments and managing usage credits - Sending important account notifications (not advertising, unless you consent) - Analyzing usage behavior for product development (anonymized data) - Detecting and preventing fraud and system abuse - Complying with legal requirements from competent authorities

3. Information Sharing

We do NOT sell your personal information. Data is only shared in the following cases: - With your consent - Authorized service providers for database hosting, cloud infrastructure, payment processing, and AI processing — these entities are bound by strict data confidentiality obligations - Analytics tools used for anonymized usage statistics - Legal requirements: when ordered by competent authorities as required by law

- Account data: throughout active period + 30 days after account deletion - Transaction history: 5 years (as required by accounting regulations) - System logs: 90 days - Analytics cookies: per provider configuration (up to 26 months)

We implement security measures aligned with industry standards: - HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data transmission - Access control based on the principle of least privilege - Row-level access control on the database However, no system guarantees 100% security. We commit to notifying you as soon as possible if a data breach affects your account.

8. Children's Privacy

Ezlun does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If discovered, we will delete it immediately. Parents/guardians who discover issues should contact hello@ezlun.com.

9. Policy Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the website at least 7 days before taking effect.
